Had a great experience wtih Steve. 2x. He helped us buy our first home as a couple and it was a great experience. He listened to our "needs" and "wants" helped us get the right house that was better than we could have asked to start in. When we needed to move for work, Steve handled selling our home and helping us find our new home as we relocated. The selling process was smooth and we "made money" on the sale depsite only being in the house for four years. The sellers market we entered into 7 months later was AWFUL-- we offered above asking price and lost on three houses, then had an offer accepted that was backed out of by the seller. Steve did a great job processing that situation. In the end, we ended up in our current home which we got for asking price and below the average neighborhood price in the four sales in the previous month. Steve did a great job making sure that we were first in the door with a qualifying offer. He did a great job representing us, and working with our mortgage company as well. He has a vast network of individuals to help with process (inspectors, etc.) and has a keen eye for making sure that all "?'s" are identified early in the process. Including a day of closing walk through where we found a leak, which the seller paid for at the closing table ($3,500). Saving us from having a headache the first day we were in the house.

Steve did a phenomenal job helping us find our home. His schedule was flexible and he was willing to work with all of our needs. Throughout the entire process he stayed in contact with us and openly communicated every step of the way. He made purchasing our first home a wonderful experience.

Steve Goodman is the best! He found us our first home during the pandemic and we wouldn’t have done without him. He is very professional, thoughtful, patient, smart and answers all your questions. He listens to what you “need”/“want” and never rushes you to make a decision on a house. He is very honest about the houses we went to see with him (which is A LOT!) and will always guide you to do the right thing. He values money and makes sure you put the right amount to get the best deal. It was especially difficult for us during the pandemic when people’s offers were way beyond the asking price. He always had our best interest in his heart and made sure we put in a reasonable price for the home. He made sure the subsequent process before closing was smooth and was always there when we had questions! Even after we closed, he had several contacts to help us. Being a first time home owner is very challenging and his contacts were surely helpful. I would highly recommend Steve!
