This is an easy review to write. I needed to sell 2 rental properties - didn’t have a realtor - remembered a random email I rec’d from visiting some site. A very organic relationship. I met Steve. I made fun of him for his “ good house Goodman” catch phrase and then he not long after called me an idiot for something ridiculous I did when we were on-site at a property … I would never use another realtor.
